We told Mike what we were looking for and were very interested in one particular home. Mike and Barry advised that it wasn't the investment we thought it was and explained why. They were willing to lose a commission to ensure that in the end we were making a sound decision. No where anymore do you find that kind of service.
From pre-approval to closing, it went smoothly. We kept waiting for some pitfall but it never happened. Our agent Mike made sure even when he left the country that we were taken care of. He gave us a list of names and numbers and even checked on us via email to ensure that all was going well.
We are very happy in our new home.
